Its only really during the last twelve months that Ive started collecting Action Man again since last putting my childhood ones up into the loft some twenty-four years ago. In that time I've acquired well over sixty Action Men, mostly complete... a figure growing all the time. The majority were in various states of completeness and/or disrepair (usually the latter); the purpose of this blog is to show them off restored to as near factory condition as possible.
This is a 1978 vintage Eagle Eye figure in really good condition with stiff joints. He had a small patch of hair rub at the front so I had him reflocked by Mike at ActionBurt. The addition of a big bushy moustache made him the ideal choice for this 40th British Army Officer. This 40th uniform is pretty much sold out in the UK now so prices for it are quite high.
